The visit

On July 13, we walked your floor.

We saw a plant that already collects a great deal of data. Production stations and monitoring platforms capture signals every shift. The gap is not measurement. The gap is connection. Those systems do not talk to each other, so the data sits in islands. Separately, the software that runs the business has been in place since 1993 and is no longer maintained.

01

The data exists

Your stations and monitoring platforms already record what matters. Nothing new needs to be installed to start.

02

Systems stay separate

Each system holds its own slice. No one place shows the whole operation, so people re-key numbers and work from memory.

03

The ERP is from 1993

The core business system is over three decades old and unmaintained. It cannot connect to anything modern without help.

The core problem

Today, every system is an island.

The AI layer sits over the systems you already run. It reads from each source, gives them a shared language, and turns scattered signals into one live picture. No systems torn out on day one.

The engagement

Two parts to the work.

Two parts of one contract. Pick a part to walk through it. Each stands on its own, and together they connect the whole operation.

Part 01 · AI Implementation

An AI layer over the data you already own.

The value is not another dashboard no one opens. It is connecting the signals, learning the patterns, and putting the right number in front of the right person before a problem costs money.

AI use cases · 1 of 2

Leads and people.

Lead & revenue data

Unified lead capture and scoring

Pull every inquiry into one scored pipeline so no quote request slips through email or a notepad.

More quotes converted from the same lead volume

Quote-to-close insight

See which quotes win, at what margin, and why, so estimators price with data instead of gut feel.

Higher win rate and protected margin

Lead source ROI attribution

Tie closed revenue back to where each lead came from and stop spending on channels that do not pay.

Reallocated marketing spend to what works

Employee information

Skills and certification tracking

Keep a live map of who is trained on which line and flag certifications before they lapse.

Fewer compliance gaps and staffing surprises

Labor allocation and scheduling

Match crews to forecast demand across stations so shifts are neither short-handed nor idle.

Lower overtime and better line coverage

Safety incident early warning

Spot the conditions and patterns that precede incidents and prompt action before someone is hurt.

Fewer incidents and lower insurance exposure

Machines and maintenance.

Machine & system breakdown detection

Real-time anomaly detection

Learn the normal signature of each station and flag drift the moment a machine starts behaving oddly.

Catch failures before they stop the line

Downtime root-cause clustering

Group breakdown events to reveal the few recurring causes behind most of your lost hours.

Fix the causes that actually drive downtime

Automated breakdown alerts and triage

Route the right alert to the right technician with likely cause attached, not just a red light.

Faster response and shorter stoppages

Predictive maintenance

Remaining-useful-life forecasting

Estimate how much life a component has left so parts are replaced on evidence, not a fixed calendar.

Fewer surprise failures and less wasted part life

Maintenance scheduling optimization

Plan service into natural gaps in the production schedule instead of stopping a running line.

More uptime from the same maintenance effort

Spare-parts demand forecasting

Predict which parts you will need and when, so critical spares are on the shelf without overstocking.

Lower carrying cost and fewer stock-out delays
AI use cases · the payoff

One picture. Clear ROI.

Unified operations dashboard

Bring throughput, quality, and downtime into one live view of overall equipment effectiveness across every station.

One source of truth instead of re-keyed reports

Executive ROI and cost-savings view

Translate downtime avoided, labor saved, and margin protected into dollars leadership can track month over month.

Part 02 · ERP Replacement

The ERP has run since 1993. It is time.

A system that old has quietly become the biggest risk in the building. It still works, until the day it does not, and no one is maintaining it.

Risk 01

Unmaintained

No active support. A failure or a lost person could halt operations with no clear path back.

Risk 02

Tribal knowledge

How it works lives in a few heads. That knowledge walks out the door at retirement.

Risk 03

No integration surface

It cannot connect to modern tools, so data is re-keyed by hand between systems.

Risk 04

Hidden manual work

Workarounds have piled up for thirty years. Real cost is buried in spreadsheets and habit.

Approach

First we document how you actually work. Then we improve it.

We do not force your business into someone else's software. We map reality first, remove the waste the old system baked in, and only then choose the tool to carry it forward.

The candidate

Evaluating Odoo on your floor.

Modern, modular, open, and built to connect to the AI layer. Here is what running Fibre's manufacturing on Odoo can look like, with the fit still to validate against your workflows.

End of Part 02 · ERP Replacement
How it runs

A phased engagement.

Value early, risk low. The AI layer shows returns while the ERP work builds underneath. Durations are illustrative until we scope together.

Phase 0

Discover

Process mapping and data inventory across both tracks.

Phase 1

Connect

Link the first data sources and stand up the first live dashboards.

Phase 2

Predict

Roll out anomaly detection and predictive maintenance models.

Phase 3

ERP pilot

Configure Odoo against the redesigned processes and pilot with one team.

Phase 4

Roll out

Scale the ERP across the business and retire the 1993 system.

Phase timing and sequence firm up during Phase 0.

Let's connect it

People helping people, since 2000.

We build, run, and grow with the same team end to end. For Fibre Converters that means one partner to connect your data, prove the ROI, and carry you off the 1993 system with steady hands.
